Buti is a one-of-a-kind fitness method known for its cardio-intensive blasts of primal dance and movement. It’s a calorie-burning, heart-pumping, body-sculpting workout that focuses on cardio conditioning and deep abdominal toning.
Although Buti is vigorous and challenging, it is an all levels class. Students are encouraged to enjoy the experience and move to the beat of high-energy music. Let go of expectations and labels. Inferno Express is a quick and intense, 45-minute full body HIIT workout. Expect a fast-paced class, meaning we will get your heart rate up to build endurance, and at the same time you will build muscle strength in your arms, legs, core and your back. Low impact and high impact moves will leave you feeling fully satisfied for the rest of your day!
Pilates is a method of exercise that emphasizes correct form. Low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements target your body’s “powerhouse”, your core. Slow, precise movements target your abdominal muscles, obliques and low back. The aim of Pilates is to improve proper postural alignment, coordination, balance, strengthen your core and increase range of motion.
Rhythm and Motion is a high-energy dance workout class which blends a range of approaches & music genres. Experience the spirit, expressiveness and freedom of movement no matter what level or dance background. Class includes technical warmups, calisthenic moves for strength, vigorous choreography practiced with ‘break downs’ as needed, and finishes with a series of mindful stretches. Emphasis is placed throughout on choice moments of body awareness, stylistic qualities, and how to execute that certain move you've always wanted to 'nail'. Most importantly, this class is ridiculously FUN.
EVERYBODY is invited- whether you're a stage maven, a closet boogey down-er, a self-described "living without a rhythmic bone in my body-er" - to participate in this uplifting dance class that's all about getting down! The goal of this class is to learn the basics of simple repetitive choreography and to explore all the ways that your little grooves can be built upon and modified so that you can approach any beat, jam, riff or breakdown with style and musicality. You can expect a juicy, activating warm-up, 90 minutes of hip-swaying, booty-moving, heart-pumping music, and all the room to laugh, get playful, open up and feel confident on the dance floor.
